Our products and materials are by approved suppliers, and we try to use the best materials. Our raw materials are under warranty, and this is what we will cover.
Any problems that have occurred that we mentioned will be under the warranty, and we shall fix or replace the product fixed of charge. We will supply the parts only, and the original purchase address from which the customer bought them will have to be provided. Please follow our instructions when making a claim, and we will handle the situation as best we can. The warranty depends on what component you are making a claim on, so please be clear. Warranty will vary from 1 to 10 years depending on what it is exactly.

Profile- Our aluminium profile has a 10-year warranty on shape-holding and strength of impact starting 10 years from the purchase date.
Glass- Our glazing has a 5-year warranty. This will include condensation or any defects in the glass by the company. Also, if you believe that the glass is not performing as it should be, this will be held from the starting date of 5 years from the purchase date.
Hardware- Our Aluminium doors have a 10-year warranty on the hardware. (Door handles, hinges, locking system, rubbers and any other opponents that have to do with the hardware) This will be held on the starting date of 10 years from purchase.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or any misuse of the product.
- Any fading or discolouration with the product
- Any problems with mould growth, bugs, or misting (property problems)
- Any problems with third-party installers or misuse of product, and product use must be registered on the purchaser’s address, the item is not allowed to be transferable
