We offer a 10-year warranty on the hardware of our windows and doors from the product's purchase date and a 5-year warranty on the glass.
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day refund and return policy. You are not eligible for a refund or exchange if it has been passed over 30 days. To get a full refund or return, the product must be in the exact condition as you received the goods. Brand new in its original packaging.
